I wasn’t even acknowledged bythe two women working there now while they acknowledged awhite lady. It’s also not like itwas circ*mstantial Iwas there for looking atall their displays & was right next toone ofthe employees. Very rude. Assomeone looking tobuy Ileft instead. Visited on07/16/2021~1:40PM
Edit: looking atthe reviews for this location Ithink the staff needs tobe replaced (at least management).

came inwith mytwo kids and husband, didn’t get any names, but the thin, Hispanic women was very helpful and nice.. came anhour later topickup, idid receive a“pickup paper” but was sobusy with two babies Ididn’t realize she handed itto meand put itin mypocket Itold the two African lady’s Ididn’t receive apaper and Isaid the thin women was here and pointed ather, the African lady said, “yeah Iwas about tosay you received apaper” Isaid okay, well mylast name isso andso, asI walked away she continued tomake ajoke aboutit.. Customer service horrible!!
Went into this James Avery onMother’sDay. The lady was super rude, and the store hadn’t been open but about 20minutes. Ididn’t get her name but she isthe only African American girl inthat department with braids. She was nohelp inassisting with placement ofmy charms. She basically just stood their looking like she wanted meto hurryup. Itold her the James Avery store inkingwood place the charms for you and help make sure the placement looksok, she said well it’s your bracelet sowe let you doit!!....I will never come here again!… – show00

No one offered help! the ladies there were just standing talking toeach other Iwent tothe counter toask for anecklace and Ishowed the lady the booklet and she didn't even looked atthe book and quickly reply “we are sold out onit” she didn't even take the time tocheck ontheir system oroffered meother assistance orfind meanother location that hadit. Pretty unprofessional this happened onSaturday Jan 30th 2021around3:00-3:30pm.

I was finishing some last minute Christmas shopping and needed some charms, Iusually always goto the Kingwood location astheir customer service isALWAYS top notch and onpoint however Ihad just found out that there was alocation inside Deerbrook Mall which isactually much closer for meso Idecided togive itatry. Iwent intoday on12/22/20and granted yes itwas close toclosing time but still Iwas there almost 25minutes before closing time and there were multiple employees just walking byme and looking but not one said hello, orsir doyou need some help etc and that alone blew meaway. Finally after standing around for over 10minutes this employee comes upto meand says ” You have toget inline” I'm like yeah Iwill but Ineed help still and have been waiting for someone tocome and assist meand then she walks over irritated and annoyed and just put off abad vibe which wasn't appreciated atall, and then when Iwas asking her about the charms Iwas interested inshe just seemed completely annoyed byit all and that's extremely poor customer service onher part especially when it's HERJOB!! Then Ieven overheard her tell another guy who was waiting for quite some time when heasked her ifshe could help him and she's like “Um yeah you got 3minutes soyou gotta hurry up” that's unacceptable especially for the holidays and for customer service ingeneral.. Iwill stick tothe Kingwood location going forward asthis was not agood experience especially when Ispent quite abit ofmoney and myself and everyone else should/deserves tobe treated with respect and good customer service. The manager atthis location definitely needs todo amuch better job inhiring better employees who actually care and have agood attitude especially during the holidays. Get ittogether guys… – show

I was inthe store onFebruary 28the staff was not helpful infact noone even spoke orsaid hello tome. Iwalk round the whole entire store for 10mins. Not even eye contact.
